    The call schedule has flowed into place and we have added several new classes including two additional “yoga Basics” classes for beginners and those who would like to take a slower paced, foundational class. The added basics classes are Monday at 10am with Holly and Tuesday at 7:45pm with Jessica. We added a twist to the schedule with Ava’s classical Pilates Class held on Wednesday morning from 8-9 and by popular demand, we added a 5th lunch hour class on Wednsday with Jil. Check it out!
